Your data, briefly.

I don't sell your data. I don't track you across the web. I collect the minimum needed to run the apps and respect every right the GDPR gives you. This page explains the details.

Who runs QuantCorp

QuantCorp is a trade name of Dbranch i Sverige AB (org.nr 556758-0104), a Swedish limited company based in Stockholm. The company is the data controller for this website and for any QuantCorp-branded app you use, unless an app's own privacy notice says otherwise.

Reach me at hello@quantcorp.dev for any privacy-related question or request.

What this website collects

quantcorp.dev is a static site served from Cloudflare. It does not set cookies, run analytics, or fingerprint your browser. Cloudflare logs request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp) for a short period for security and abuse protection — that's a Cloudflare processor function, not something I sit on or analyse.

If I add analytics in the future, it will be privacy-respecting and this page will be updated before the change goes live.

What QuantCorp apps collect

Each QuantCorp app collects only what it needs to function. The exact list depends on the app — every app's App Store / Play Store listing and in-app About screen links to a per-app privacy notice with specifics. As a general rule:

  • Account data (email, password hash) only if the app needs an account.
  • App-specific data you create — training logs, notes, receipts, etc. Stored on your device first; synced only with your consent.
  • Technical data (crash logs, anonymised diagnostics) to keep the app working.
  • Payment data is handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe — I never see your card details.

I don't access your contacts, photos, location, or microphone unless a feature explicitly requires it and you grant the system permission. Permissions are always opt-in and revocable from your device settings.

Why I process your data (legal basis)

  • Contract — to deliver the app or service you signed up for.
  • Legitimate interest — to fix bugs, prevent abuse, and keep the service running.
  • Consent — for anything optional (e.g. opt-in newsletters, optional analytics).
  • Legal obligation — bookkeeping and tax records, where Swedish law requires it.

How long I keep it

Account data: while your account is active, plus up to 90 days after deletion in case you change your mind. Crash logs: rolling 30-day window. Bookkeeping records: 7 years (Swedish bokföringslag). On-device data lives on your device until you delete the app.

Who I share it with

I use a small set of processors to run the service. They process data on my instructions under data-processing agreements:

  • Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, edge security (EU data centres).
  • Apple / Google — app distribution, in-app purchases, push notifications.
  • Stripe — payments for non-store subscriptions, where used.
  • Email / support tooling — only when you contact me.

I never sell your data. I never share it with advertisers or data brokers. If a court order or law requires disclosure, I'll comply and tell you when legally allowed.

International transfers

Most processing happens in the EU/EEA. Where a processor (e.g. Apple, Stripe) operates outside the EEA, transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Ask what data I hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Have your data deleted ("right to erasure").
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing was based on consent.

Email hello@quantcorp.dev with your request. I respond within 30 days.

If you think I've mishandled your data, you can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). I'd appreciate the chance to fix it first, but it's your call.

Children

QuantCorp products are not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact me and I'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

I update this page when something material changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Significant changes to paid services are also communicated by email.
